Pre-Hire Screenings

Pre-hire screenings are used to get a baseline for future exposure to determine if the employee already has hearing loss. 

Annual or Periodic Screenings

Annual or periodic screenings are used to monitor the employee to identify deterioration in their hearing. This allows the Employer to be proactive in initiating follow-up measure to stop hearing loss progression.
