Fever Sweating Chills Shivering Body AchesFever is when your body temperature goes above the normal range of 98–100° Fahrenheit. A fever can be accompanied by high temperature, sweating, chills/shivering, irritability, dehydration, body aches, loss of appetite or general weakness. Common colds, flu and other infections can be accompanied with a fever.  In children, a fever may be accompanied by ear pain, cough, sore throat, poor appetite, diarrhea, fussiness or lethargy.
